    主要研究方向
  • 庄小威实验室的主要研究工作为发展和使用单分子生物学及生物成像技术以及超高分辨生物成像技术, 用以研究体外及活细胞中生物分子及其分子组装过程。目前的研究主要包括两个领域:(1)发展超高分辨率光学显微镜,从而在纳米量级分辨率上对细胞和组织成像,将其应用于细胞生物学、神经生物学和微生物学领域;(2)使用单分子荧光显微镜成像技术研究生物分子的功能,尤其关注于蛋白和核酸的相互作用机理。
