    主要研究方向
  • BIOPIC白凡实验室将综合利用单分子生物物理实验手段、单分子荧光显微成像技术、单细胞基因测序技术和系统生物学数学建模方法,研究当前生命科学前沿课题。核心的研究方向是在单细胞水平上研究基因的动态表达,主要涉及在单细胞层面测定细胞基因组序列,转录组序列,和蛋白质组表达,并采用系统生物学的方法加以阐述,以求全面理解基因组活性变化,转录组对细胞环境应答,蛋白质组表达的时间、空间分布等生命科学重要问题。当前主要开展的研究为如下两个方向:1) 细菌行为、致病性及耐药性(persistence)、抗药性(resistance)的分子机理。2) 单细胞人类基因组测序,单细胞微生物基因组测序。
