主要研究方向

谢晓亮课题组目前的研究方向包含:

(1)单细胞测序技术的开发。如单细胞基因组测序、转录组测序、甲基化测序、染色质三维结果解析、染色质开放性检测以及单细胞多组学等; (2)单细胞测序技术在基因表达调控中的应用。如转录因子调控基因表达机理、早期胚胎发育过程中的表观修饰动态变化、表观遗传如何协调影响基因调控网络构建等; (3)单细胞测序技术在医学转化上的应用。如癌症早期筛查诊断、无创产前遗传筛查、高通量抗体药物筛选等。

谢晓亮教授是单分子酶学的创始人、单分子生物物理化学的奠基人之一、相干拉曼散射显微成像技术和单细胞基因组学的开拓者。近年来,谢晓亮在基因组学、特别是单细胞测序技术方面取得了一系列重要成果,为生命科学和医学的深入研究应用提供了重要的手段。
